Michelle Ramacciotti

Michelle Ramacciotti, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Inotiv since July 2022, Michelle leads site HR functions. Previously, as the Director of North America Human Resources at Gibbs Die Casting Corporation from June 2014 to June 2022, Michelle was responsible for all HR functions and Training and Development. Additional experience includes a role as a Contract Human Resource Generalist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, supporting multiple site directors, and various positions at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana, where Michelle specialized in worker's compensation and served as a Human Resource Specialist in benefits, payroll, and recruitment. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel Administration from Quincy University.
