Business Operations Administrator at InOutsource

Victoria is concerned with managing workflow and processes throughout InOutsource in order to optimize daily activities and improve performance across the board. She coordinates with the Project Management Office to ensure tool updates are being implemented to their fullest potential and works closely with the Director of Finance and Administration to support internal reporting, ensuring the team has the right data for resource planning.

Victoria also provides organizational support to multiple departments, ensuring that InOutsource’s business lines are operating at the highest capacity in order to provide the clients with top-quality service. Not one to shy away from necessary aspects of work, she helps facilitate engagement events and the DEI program at InOutsource.

Victoria holds a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College.
