Claire Kellems is an accomplished executive with over a decade of experience in digital transformation and technology management, currently serving as Chief Digital Officer and Executive Vice President at INOVA Federal since May 2012. In this role, Claire is responsible for advancing member experience and operational efficiency through oversight of technology, project management, and marketing. Previous positions at INOVA include Vice President of Analytics, Process & Technology, and Assistant Vice President of Process & Data Analytics, where Claire led various technology initiatives and project management efforts.
