Simon Zhao P.Eng.

Simon Zhao P.Eng has a diverse work experience in the field of software and firmware development. Simon has worked as a Senior Software Developer at INOVA Geophysical since 2014. Prior to that, they worked at General Dynamic Canada as a Software/Firmware Developer from 2006 to 2013. Before that, they served as an Embedded Software Developer at Wi-LAN Inc. from 2004 to 2006 and at Gtran Wireless Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Simon began their career as a Software Engineer at SmartSynch (XP) Technologies Ltd. in 1999 and briefly worked as a Control Engineer at MR Control System International, Inc. in the same year.

Simon Zhao P.Eng. holds a Master's degree in Software & Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (Automation Control) from the Beijing Institute of Technology.
