Coray Grove

Coray Grove is Chief Revenue Office for Inova Payroll responsible for Inova’s strategic direction of the company’s revenue growth and leadership of its expanded national sales team.

Prior to Inova, Coray was Principal and co-founder of Integrated Payroll Services (IPS), based in St. Louis, Missouri, which merged with Inova in December 2021 to create one of the largest HCM companies in the US.

Before co-founding IPS, Coray was with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) for seven years serving in several leadership positions. During his career, Coray served as a Training Manager, Sales Manager, and most recently, a Major Account Sales Director responsible for new client development within ADP’s St. Louis Region of Major Accounts.

Coray received his BS from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois, and an MBA from Webster University in St. Louis. Coray has also earned his Senior Professional of Human Resources designation (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM).
