Karen Luciano

Karen Luciano, CPP, is an experienced payroll professional with a robust background in payroll operations and client services. Currently serving as the Vice President of Payroll Operations at Inova Payroll, Inc. since January 2022, Karen previously held the title of Client Services Director at Integrated Payroll Services from November 2013 to July 2022, where responsibilities included management roles such as Client Service Manager and Account Manager Supervisor. Earlier in their career, Karen worked as a Payroll Administrator for the YWCA of Metropolitan St. Louis, overseeing payroll processing for over 300 employees and implementing various employee changes. Karen began their career at U.S. Bank as a Teller Supervisor from January 1998 to November 2000.
