Jonathan Tabernero has over 10 years of work experience in customer success, sales management, media buying, technical support and brand management. Jonathan started their career in 2010 as an Account Manager at MANE, where they managed key accounts in the category of fabric care and fine fragrance. In 2009, they worked as a Media Buyer at ZenithOptimedia France, where they managed above-the-line marketing efforts of all Nestle Ice Cream brands. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at ESSCA Ecole de management. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at AC Marca as an Assistant Brand Manager, at Societe Generale as an Assistant Product Manager Electronic Banking, and at Commerce Connector as a Customer Success Manager. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at TeamViewer as an International Sales Executive and at Dawex - Data Exchange Technology as a Lead Customer Success. Currently, they are working at Inova as a Customer Success Manager Key Accounts since 2021, conducting on-site/online workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients, providing product demonstrations to potential users, and monitoring the client experience through Inova's on-boarding process.

Jonathan Tabernero received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from De La Salle University in 2009. Jonathan then went on to pursue a Master 2 in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from ESSCA Ecole de management, which they completed in 2013.
