Technical Services Director at Inova

Ricardo S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Ricardo started their career in 2009 at UNINOVA, where they served as a Researcher and Developer, primarily working on a software research and development project focused on web technologies and software interoperability. During this time, they developed a knowledge enhancement module for a document search system using Java, JSP, and MySQL.

In 2010, Ricardo joined CITI DI FCT UNL as a Researcher and Developer, contributing to research and development activities until 2011.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Quidgest as an R&D Software Engineer. Here, they led the development of strategic management software, integrated technologies using reusable patterns, and contributed to the development and maintenance of the Genio framework. Additionally, they re-implemented the Genio Web platform using Java.

In 2012, Ricardo joined Inova, where they held various positions. Initially, they worked as a Senior Developer and Team Leader, managing the Lisbon client service team and developing integration software and product customizations. Later, they transitioned to the role of Senior Technical Leader, focusing on the development of application complements, integration software, and product customizations. Finally, in 2018, they were promoted to the role of Technical Services and Support Director, responsible for overseeing technical services and support. Since 2022, Ricardo has served as the Technical Services Director at Inova.

Ricardo S. pursued their education in Computer Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Ricardo completed their Engineer's Degree from 2003 to 2009 and went on to obtain a Master's Degree from 2009 to 2012 in the same field of study.
