Satya Rajaram

Satya Rajaram has extensive experience in project management and delivery across various industries. Satya began their career at Genpact as an Assistant Manager, where they focused on software development and consulting for GE captive businesses. Satya then joined Aon Hewitt as a Systems Project Lead, managing multiple iterations and delivering client projects in the HRO domain.

Following this, Satya worked at Infosys BPM as a Senior Analyst, overseeing the setup of new reporting projects and digitalization efforts for a leading global consumer packaged goods company. Satya was also involved in presales activities and pricing proposals for customers in ASEAN, Europe, and ANZ.

Satya then moved to Indegene LifeSciences as an Operations/Delivery Manager, where they managed a pharmaceutical brand as a creative digital partner. Satya successfully delivered a portfolio of projects, improved SLAs and KPIs, and managed large delivery teams.

Afterward, Satya joined Nalashaa Solutions as a Project Manager, specializing in healthcare IT projects. Satya managed projects related to PMS, EHR, and Azure technology, leading a diverse team and ensuring project success.

Currently, Satya is working at Inovaare Corporation as a Senior Project Manager. Satya is responsible for overall program management, leading and mentoring multiple teams, and successfully completing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Satya is also managing SaaS-based product implementations and ongoing support for firms in the US healthcare payer industry.

Throughout their career, Satya has consistently demonstrated strong leadership abilities, effective team management, and a track record of delivering successful projects.

Satya Rajaram completed their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. They then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2008 to 2010. Satya Rajaram also attended Knowledge Woods in 2013, where they received PMP (PMBoK 5th edition) training. In terms of high school education, Satya Rajaram completed 12th grade with a focus on the Science stream at Gyan Mandir Public School in India.

In addition to their formal education, Satya Rajaram obtained several certifications. They completed a course in IT Project Management at the Indian School of Business in July 2020. In November 2010, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from EXIN. Satya Rajaram also acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2022.
