John Gonsalves has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles in the healthcare technology industry. John began their career as the Director of Client Services at API Healthcare in 2010 and later served as the Vice President of Enterprise Accounts at GE Healthcare from 2011 to 2014. At GE Healthcare, they managed a team of sales professionals and focused on selling consulting services and software to improve operational efficiency in healthcare organizations. John then worked at Allscripts as the Vice President of Sales for National Accounts from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for a multimillion-dollar budget and managing a team of sales professionals. In 2015, John joined CitiusTech as the Vice President of Healthcare Provider Market, leading and creating the go-to-market strategy for a new division of the company. John achieved significant revenue growth and increased market share during their time at CitiusTech. From 2016 to 2017, John worked at Workforce Insight as the Vice President of Healthcare Solutions, where they contributed to the company's messaging, partner relationships, and market share growth. John then joined Workday as the Regional Director of Healthcare from 2017 to 2020, where they played a key role in delivering enterprise-class software solutions. Most recently, John has been employed at Salesforce as the Regional Vice President of Sales since 2020. In October 2023, they will transition to a new role as the Vice President of Sales at Inovalon.
John Gonsalves earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Kentucky in 1996. John also completed a program called "High-Impact Selling: A Toolkit for Success" at Kellogg Executive Education. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
