Julie Lambert

President & General Manager, Provider at Inovalon

Julie Lambert serves as the President and General Manager of Inovalon’s Provider business unit. In this role, Ms. Lambert leads the organization that delivers cloud-based SaaS solutions to tens of thousands of provider organizations across the country empowering them to achieve better outcomes and economics for their organizations and the millions of patients that they serve. Ms. Lambert leads and is responsible for the management, product portfolio, sales, customer success, operations, and overall performance of the provider business. Prior to her role as President and General Manager, Ms. Lambert was the Senior Vice President of the provider division’s customer success and operations team, where her customer-centric approach drove significant improvement to a wide array of operational metrics, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.

Prior to her time at Inovalon, Ms. Lambert was the Vice President, Specialty Pharmacy at OptumRx, a division of UnitedHealth Group. In this capacity, she led the operations of a $16.5 billion business that spanned multiple regions across the United States while managing a team of over 1,200 people to achieve the business’s clinical, operational, and financial goals. While at UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Lambert also led roles driving mergers and acquisitions, large scale integrations, developing business strategy, and creating supporting businesses cases to identify new growth opportunities. Prior to her time at UnitedHealth Group, Ms. Lambert held various roles at Prime Therapeutics, including product management, clinical operations, business development, quality improvement, and membership operations.

Ms. Lambert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and holds numerous certifications.
