Lacey Nalla (Niceswanger), MSW, has diverse experience in management and customer service roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Lacey serves as a Product Account Manager and previously as a Provider Outreach Specialist at Inovalon since July 2019. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Call Center Agent at Fortuna BMC and a Call Center Specialist at Heavy Hammer, Inc. Lacey also holds significant volunteer management experience from the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center, where responsibilities included recruiting and training volunteers. Earlier roles include account management at Social Solutions and internships focused on elder services and mentorship support. Lacey earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa and a B.S. in Counseling Psychology from Morningside University.
