Ross Petrini

Ross Petrini has a diverse work experience in the legal and healthcare industries. Ross started their career as an Associate Attorney at MacDonald Illig Jones & Britton LLP, where they focused on contracts, insurance defense, and bankruptcy. Ross served as lead attorney in various litigation and arbitration cases and negotiated contracts across multiple industries.

In 2012, Ross joined Creehan & Company as a Counsel and HIPAA Compliance Officer. Ross was responsible for building a compliance program and establishing an in-house legal function. Ross later became the General Counsel, leading the legal function while also positioning the company for potential sale.

Ross then transitioned to Inovalon, where they held various leadership roles. As the Director of Business Planning, they oversaw strategic planning, resource planning, and contract negotiations. Ross led the integration of Creehan into Inovalon and managed the Human Resources program. Ross later became the Associate Vice President of Client Services, where they orchestrated the creation of dedicated Customer Success and Product organizations. Ross played a key role in supporting a major investment in product design and transition to a new platform. Currently, Ross is the Vice President of Client Success and Delivery in the Inovalon Pharmacy Business Unit, spearheading the evolution of core enterprise applications to cloud-based solutions and leading the transition to the ScriptMed Cloud application.

Throughout their career, Ross has demonstrated strong leadership skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of successfully managing complex initiatives and transitions.

Ross Petrini received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained two Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees from PennWest Edinboro, with one in English with a Literature emphasis and the other in Communication with a Public Relations emphasis. Additionally, Ross Petrini has obtained certifications in various fields, including finance, law practice, product management, and the SAFe Scaled Agile Framework.
