Sonya Baranova

Sonya Baranova has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Sonya co-founded and served as the COO of Inovat since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an investor at Fuel Ventures from October 2018 to March 2019. Sonya also worked in legal and operations at Revolut from June 2017 to September 2018. Sonya held the position of Co-President at Cass M&A and PE Society from October 2016 to December 2017. Additionally, they have worked as a spring intern at Macquarie Group, in integrated supply and trading at BP, and as an M&A research assistant at Bayes Business School. Sonya also has experience as a market analyst at Risk-Enterprise and as an accounts analyst at Xanadu Consultancy. Sonya Baranova has also participated in the Female Leaders in Investment Banking program at Fresh Look Consulting.

Sonya Baranova completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Accounting at Bayes Business School, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In 2016, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a brief period, focusing on Alternative Investments. Additionally, Sonya Baranova obtained certification in Oratory and acting courses from Vera Holodnaya's Private School of Art in June 2011.
