Tom Cibic

Tom Cibic has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the automotive and marketing sectors. Tom is currently a Product Owner at Inovatec Systems, leveraging their expertise in the Auto Financing space to drive future initiatives. Prior to this, Tom worked at Dealertrack Canada as a Product Operations Manager and contributed to the transition and merger with Trader Corp. Tom also held the same role at Cox Automotive Canada. Earlier in their career, Tom was a Product Owner at Dealertrack Technologies and a Senior Business Analyst at Dealertrack Technologies Canada. Before transitioning into the automotive industry, Tom worked as a Bilingual Marketing Representative at Dare Marketing Inc. and as a Bilingual Switchboard Operator at VMC (Microsoft).

Tom Cibic has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Carleton University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. Tom also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from York University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Tom has obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in April 2021, and the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification, also from Scaled Agile, Inc., in April 2021.
