Sanjay Bhandari

Sanjay Bhandari is the Director of Product Management at WorkSpan. Prior to joining WorkSpan, they were a Mentor and Instructor at Pragmatic Leaders. Before that, they were at Canvos.ai.

Bhandari started their career as a Sr. Business Analyst and Onsite Coordinator at Cambridge Technology (CT) from June 2004 to May 2010. Sanjay then joined Oracle in August 2010 as a Principal Product Manager. At Oracle, they owned the product roadmap for web and mobile and various integrations for Project Management and Project Task Management products, part of the Oracle ERP Cloud. Sanjay built the strategy for co-existence of the new cloud-based products with the existing on-prem systems to enable smooth transition of large enterprise customers to cloud. In addition, they participated in and won organization wide hackathons and design jams related to new technologies such as blockchain, personal assistants (chatbot), big data insights etc. and productized these innovative solutions.

Sanjay Bhandari has a B Tech in Chem Eng from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Sanjay also has certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner and from the Project Management Institute in Certified Project Management Professional.

Sanjay Bhandari reports to Arun Ramachandran, VP, Product Management and Design. They are on a team with and Kirti Poddar - Product Manager.
