Lovemore C. has been working in the UX and web development fields since 2008. In 2011, they began working as a Senior Web Developer with United Way of Central Maryland, where they were responsible for rebuilding uwcm.org from an old Joomla migration, database migration to new CMS, debugging look and feel issues in target browsers, crafting HTML, CSS and JavaScript for microsites, and providing IT support. In 2013, they began working as a UX Designer & Front End Developer with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they were responsible for front end development utilizing HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, single page application development, and creating cross-platform compliant e-newsletters. In 2017, they began working as a Senior User Experience Designer & Researcher with Bellese Technologies, where they supported the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) user experience initiatives, overcame agile related challenges, and represented the UX team to the customer. In 2018, they began working as a UX Lead and Partner | UX Designer & UI Developer with InovCares, where they increased access to comprehensive and affordable healthcare via mobile application.

Lovemore C. has a comprehensive education history. lovemore completed their high school education at St. Ignatius College High School in 2005. lovemore then attended the Community College of Baltimore County and obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies in 2010. Afterward, they obtained a Bachelors in Business Technology Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2014. In addition, Lovemore C. has obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, such as LinkedIn, Scrum.org, A Cloud Guru | A Pluralsight Company, Skillsoft, Coursera, Udemy, LunaMetrics, Google, and Scaled Agile, Inc.
