Rafeh Joshua Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rafeh Joshua Marshall completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Karachi University. Rafeh Joshua Marshall attended St Patrick's College from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Business/Commerce. Before that, they completed their Matriculation with a Commerce focus at St Patrick's High School in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Rafeh Joshua Marshall obtained certifications in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in May 2022 and in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in March 2022.
