Dalton Ling

Dalton has established himself on nearly every side of the business from his initial shoe into the industry over ten years ago working for an electrical contractor to his role as Director of Operations & Development at Energy Source prior to co-founding Inovis Energy, Inc. He comes from a lineage of electricians and has used that knowledge to catapult himself through the industry. Dalton diverted from the electrical contracting world to the distribution side of the business with a small firm out of CT where he quickly identified the opportunities that lie within the energy retrofit segment. While at Energy Source, he worked his way from Energy Efficiency Consultant, up to the Director of Operations & Development, and a part of the leadership team. He’s proven versed in all facets of the retrofit business from lighting and networked controls, to energy management systems and renewables. While being operationally focused, he strongly believes in the value of relationship building. Work-life balance is a core-value of Dalton’s, as is it of Inovis Energy, so don’t be surprised to find yourself in a conversation that has nothing to do with the energy world.
