Patrick Völker

Patrick Vande Walle has over three decades of experience in technology and project management, primarily with the European Commission from December 1993 to April 2023, where roles included Project Officer, Project Manager for New Information Technologies, and assistant positions in various directorates. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Paribas Bank as a Systems and Telecoms Manager, and at WordPerfect as a Unix and Groupware Specialist. Additionally, Patrick contributed to several organizations in voluntary capacities, including serving as a member of ICANN's Security and Stability Advisory Committee and as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Internet Society. Patrick held the position of Chairman for the Internet Society Luxembourg from July 2000 to June 2008.
