Abhilash Bhowmik

Abhilash Bhowmik is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Food & Beverage at PVR Limited since July 2023. Prior to this role, Abhilash held the position of General Manager of Food & Beverage Operations at Inox Leisure Limited from March 2019. Abhilash has also worked as Corporate Chef and Business Head at K Hospitality Corp from March 2011 to March 2019 and as a Corporate Chef at Foodlink Services India Pvt. Ltd. from July 2010 to April 2011. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Sous Chef at Mw Eat Ltd from June 2007 to June 2010, a Junior Sous Chef at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces from October 2004 to May 2007, and a Chef Trainee at Hyatt Regency from May 2002 to October 2004. Abhilash holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from I.H.M. Mumbai, completed between 1999 and 2002.
