Sandeep Kumar Jain

Sandeep Kumar Jain has extensive work experience in the field of project management, particularly in the energy sector. Sandeep Kumar has held various positions in different companies, starting from their role as a Plant Engineer at Sunflag Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. from 1995 to 2002. After that, they worked as a Deputy Manager at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., where they were involved in energy conservation projects and oversaw operation, maintenance, erection, commissioning, and project management.

Sandeep Kumar then joined Ispat Industries Ltd. as a Manager - O&M, where they were responsible for the rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, erection, and commissioning of power plants. Sandeep Kumar also managed turbine operations and was involved in the commissioning activities of the company's power plants.

In 2008, Sandeep moved to Lanco Infratech Limited as a Deputy General Manager-Electrical, where they managed projects, planned and supervised erection, testing, and commissioning of power plants. Sandeep Kumar also handled spare planning for the company.

From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Joint General Manager - ELECTRICAL at Essar Power Gujarat Limited, where they managed projects, planned and supervised erection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of power plants.

Sandeep Kumar then joined Reliance Infra Limited as an Assistant Vice President-Projects in 2013 and was responsible for project management, planning, erection, testing, and commissioning of power plants. Sandeep Kumar also handled spare planning for the company.

From 2014 to 2016, Sandeep worked as an Assistant Vice President at Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited, where they managed projects, planned and supervised erection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of power plants.

In 2016, they joined GE T&D India Ltd as a Lead Project Manager, where they managed various projects related to GIS switchyards, transmission lines, and HVDC poles.

From 2022 to 2022, Sandeep held the position of Project Director at Suzlon Group, where they were responsible for end-to-end project management, business driving, stakeholder management, and implementing safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Currently, they are serving as the Vice President-Project Head at Inox Wind Ltd., where they have complete responsibility for projects from the RO stage to contract closure. Sandeep Kumar drives business, ensures project cash flow and profitability, and manages stakeholders, employees, and safety standards.

Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Awadhesh Pratap Singh Vishwavidyalaya, graduating from 1991 to 1995.
