Lana Prusak has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2010. Lana began their career at MagneticOne/.Call as a Recruiter/HR/Project Manager, where they were responsible for team acquisition and development, as well as establishing project management processes for the teams and creating and managing internal and external training. Lana also held the role of Sales Manager at the same company. In 2016, they moved to King's Choice, where they were an IT Recruiter/HR Manager. In 2018, they joined StartupSoft, where they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruitment Team Lead, and Head of HR Department. Currently, Lana works as an Allocation Manager at Inoxoft, where their responsibilities include being a single point of contact for all stakeholders for all types of incoming requests for resources, managing the allocation schedule, monitoring employee utilization, workload, and overtime hours, reallocating employees to fill open positions and contributing to hiring new employees, and communicating with stakeholders on various resourcing and staffing questions. Additionally, they are responsible for managing the Talent Pool, which includes assisting with candidate selection, onboarding/offboarding, months check-ins/performance reviews, task load management, customer interview preparation, scheduling, and facilitating.
Lana Prusak obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from Ternopil National Pedagogical University in 2011. In December 2022, they earned a certification in Personnel Management: Effective Tools from UCU Business School (LvBS). Additionally, in May 2022, they earned a certification in HR: Effective Tools from Lviv IT School.
