Marius Vuille

Marius Vuille is currently the Lead ML Engineer at Inpher. Prior to that, they were with Open Systems AG from January 2011 to November 2015 where they served as a Security Engineer, Technical Account Manager, and Key Account Manager. In those roles, they were responsible for deploying large scale security solutions and developing a deep understanding of the customers security architecture. From August 2010 to November 2011, they worked on their Master's Thesis with Omnisec AG where they implemented a PKI system based on smart card tokens. Marius also did an Internship ITD with IBM from April 2009 to September 2009.

Marius Vuille has a Master of Science in Communication Systems from EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Telecom from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Marius also has certifications from Coursera in Deep Learning Specialization, Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Functional Programming Principles in Scala, and Scala & Spark. In addition, they are certified by (ISC)² as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and by the University of St. Gallen - HSG in Excellence in Key Account Management.

They are on a team with Manohar Jonnalagedda - Sr. Engineer, Jakob Odersky - Software Engineer, and Mathieu Bodjikian - Site Reliability Engineer. Marius Vuille reports to Dimitar Jetchev, CTO & Co-Founder.
