Nicolas Gama

Advisor at Inpher

Nicolas Gama is currently an advisor at Inpher, a position they have held since September 2015. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Computer Scientist at Inpher from September 2015 to July 2022. In this role, Dr. Gama was responsible for the research and development of new security and cryptographic software for distributed systems in the cloud environment. Their attributions included defining product requirements and creating architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Nicolas also designed, modified, developed, wrote, and implemented software programming applications. Additionally, they participated in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software. Part of their research results were also submitted, reviewed, published, and presented to international conferences or journals with peer-review committees.

Before their time at Inpher, Dr. Gama served as a Maître de conférences at Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ) from March 2010 to August 2010. Nicolas began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from March 2010 to August 2010.

Nicolas Gama received their PhD in Computer Science from the Ecole normale supérieure.
