Shahaf Nahmias

Shahaf Nahmias has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as an Academic Advisor at Kidum. They then progressed to become a Customer Relations Manager, responsible for managing systems for customer retention. During this time, they handled cancellations and departures, while also analyzing defection data and building strategies for efficiency and improvement. In 2019, Shahaf transitioned to a Sales Team Manager role at Kidum, where they were in charge of managing a sales department of about 25 employees. They built a sales strategy, set team-wide and individual targets, and coordinated personnel while also developing a salary model. In 2021, Shahaf joined Discount Bank as a Sales Trainer, providing training and teaching service and sales processes for various banking positions. They also accompanied and onboarded new employees and guided branch managers in building work plans and sales strategies. Currently, Shahaf is working as a General Manager at Inplace.

Shahaf Nahmias completed their Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the Peres Academic Center from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the Peres Academic Center, from 2017 to 2019.
