Baz Simpson has several years of work experience, starting in 2014 as a waiter at Brew Cafe. In 2017, they worked as a Data Analyst at Fourth for a few months. In 2018, they became a Communications Coach at GSB Comms, where they worked until 2019. From 2019 onwards, Baz joined the company inploi, where they held various roles including Account Manager, Partnerships Manager, Senior Account Director, and currently serves as the Head of Customer Success.
Baz Simpson completed their education at the University of Bristol from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Quantitative Research. Prior to that, they attended King's College School Wimbledon from 2006 to 2014 and obtained an International Baccalaureate diploma, studying subjects such as Economics, Geography, French, Math, English, and Biology.
