Javier van Engelen

Javier van Engelen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Currently serving as Group CFO and Member of the Board at InPost since April 2024, Javier also holds a position as Advisory Board Member and Acting CFO at SZENTIA, a digital platform focused on connecting beauty care brands with consumers through IoT and AI technology. Previously, Javier held the role of Group CFO at Signify, overseeing finance, investor relations, IT, and real estate, and was instrumental in driving profitability and stakeholder value growth. Additional experience includes serving as Group CFO at Grupo Telepizza and Jerónimo Martins, and as Global CFO at Triumph International, where Javier was part of a family-owned textile operation. Javier's earlier positions include key roles in intimate apparel companies, including VickyForm Mexico, Journelle, and Beldona Switzerland. Javier's career commenced after earning a Master's degree in Economics from Antwerp International Business School.
