Luisa Magalhães

Luisa Magalhães is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving at InPost since June 2023, Luisa previously held similar roles at Cera and DefinedCrowd, where responsibilities included managing teams of software engineers and QAs, fostering a positive work environment, and providing necessary support for team growth. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Software Developer at Techbiosis and Farfetch, where web applications, microservices, and REST APIs were developed, alongside foundational experience at LocalSoft as a programmer. Luisa holds a degree in Engenharia Informatica from Instituto Politecnico de Bragança.
