Shane Alam

Shane Alam is a seasoned operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the engineering and design sectors. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at InPost UK since April 2021, Shane leads UK network development and expansion initiatives. Prior to this role, Shane was the General Manager at Talbot Designs Ltd from June 2012 to December 2020, overseeing company operations and stakeholder engagement while managing a diverse project portfolio. Shane's career began at ARUP, where responsibilities included consultant engineering roles focused on materials consultancy and sustainability for new developments. Shane holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London, completed in 2010.
