Yvonne Deir

Yvonne Deir has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Yvonne currently works at Inpria as a Production Engineer, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they were a Process Technician at Inpria from May 2022 to January 2023.

From December 2020 to May 2022, Yvonne worked at Danone as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician 2.

Yvonne also has experience as a Lead Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician at Stahlbush Island Farms, where they tested the quality of freshly processed fruits and vegetables and implemented corrective actions when necessary. Yvonne held this position from February 2020 to December 2020.

Before that, Yvonne worked as an Environmental Outreach Coordinator at the City of Keizer from April 2019 to September 2019, where they researched water pollution sources and implemented programs to enhance water quality.

Yvonne also worked at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, where they held multiple positions. From July 2018 to April 2019, they were a Procurement, Contracts, and Grants Assistant, responsible for procuring goods and services and reviewing grant applications. From April 2017 to July 2018, they worked as an Experimental Biological Aide, focusing on web content and data entry related to conservation.

Prior to their government work, Yvonne worked at Nokia as a Document Coordinator/Engineering Structure Specialist from May 2014 to November 2016. Yvonne was responsible for coordinating and tracking technical documentation.

Yvonne also has experience as a Scientific Consultant at Homespun Environmental Water Filters from February 2011 to September 2016, where they advised on water filtration methods and conducted research and experiments.

Other roles include being a Docent at River Bend Nature Center from January 2014 to June 2014, sharing knowledge about natural exhibits, and serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Chemistry Teaching Assistant at Midwestern State University from January 2014 to May 2014 and August 2011 to December 2013, respectively.

Yvonne's earliest work experience was as an Associate at PetSmart from February 2012 to June 2013.

Yvonne Deir attended Midwestern State University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. During their time at the university, they pursued a major in Environmental Science and also took courses in Biology, completing a minor in the subject.
