Neil Hoehle

Neil Hoehle has extensive experience in technology, product development, and operations within the manufacturing sector. Having worked at Inpro/Seal LLC from January 2010 until retirement in October 2022, Hoehle held various leadership roles, including Director of Technology, Global Director of Technology, and Director of Sales and Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed innovation, product life-cycle management, and revenue achievement. Prior to this, Hoehle served at Inpro/Seal Company from August 1981 to January 2010, ultimately as Vice President of Operations, overseeing all plant operations and engineering functions. Hoehle holds an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, completed in 2009.
