Mike Jensen

Mike Jensen is the Enterprise & Projects Columnist at The Philadelphia Inquirer. Mike has over 10 years of experience in the field of sales incentives and project management. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Manager, Sales Incentives at Independence Blue Cross, where they oversaw a team of three analysts and coordinated with various departments to develop financial-based components for annual sales incentive programs. Mike also standardized incentive policy and processes to create efficiencies that accelerated the roll out of incentive programs by 6-7 months.

Before their time at Independence Blue Cross, Mike worked as a Sr Comp Analyst/Project Manager at De Lage Landen Financial Services. In this role, they were responsible for managing the implementation of new compensation programs and providing analysis of existing programs. Mike also created and maintained various reports and models to help forecast compensation costs.
