Mike Jensen is the Enterprise & Projects Columnist at The Philadelphia Inquirer. Mike has over 10 years of experience in the field of sales incentives and project management. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Manager, Sales Incentives at Independence Blue Cross, where they oversaw a team of three analysts and coordinated with various departments to develop financial-based components for annual sales incentive programs. Mike also standardized incentive policy and processes to create efficiencies that accelerated the roll out of incentive programs by 6-7 months.
