Doug Wilson

Doug Wilson has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Doug started their career at Alcatel-Lucent as a Process Engineer from 1999 to 2003. Doug then worked at American Biophysics and Gyrus ACMI as a Manufacturing Engineer in 2004. In 2004, they also became a Value Stream Manager at Olympus Gyrus ACMI and held this role until 2013. Currently, Doug is the Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Inrad Optics since 2015.

Doug Wilson completed the Emerging Leader Program at Vistage from 2018 to 2020. Doug also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University, which they attended from 1994 to 1999.
