Michael Hash

Michael Hash has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management roles. Michael started as a Senior Design & Development Engineer at Lutron Electronics Co. Inc. and then moved on to become the Director of Product Engineering at Equipois, Inc. where they implemented various process improvements and successfully delivered a prototype exoskeleton system. Michael also worked as a Program Manager at Cree and Cree Lighting, where they expanded reporting systems and introduced process improvements. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering, Solutions at Phononic Inc, leading in platform architecture and engineering solutions.

Michael Hash attended Lehigh University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Michael also holds a Professional Engineer certification from the PA Department of State.
