Maria Bolmstedt has extensive experience in global services and customer experience management, currently serving as SVP Global Services and Customer Experience at inriver since May 2018. In this role, Maria built a comprehensive services organization focusing on onboarding, implementation, training, customer success, and support, while leading initiatives for customer experience and voice of the customer programs. Previous positions include Vice President of Global Services and Vice President of Services EMEA at inriver, and Senior Director of Global Support at Qlik, where Maria drove execution of support strategies and managed large teams. Earlier, roles at QlikTech International AB involved building global support operations and managing customer support. Maria began the career as an application consultant and project lead at Consafe Logistics, establishing foundational customer support systems. Maria holds a degree from Lund University.
