Robert Eaman has worked in a variety of roles since 1994. Robert began their career as a Help Desk Analyst at Leo Burnett in 1994. In 2001, they became a Contract Project Manager and IT Trainer for himself. In 2003, they joined Littler Mendelson, PC as a Regional Systems Coordinator. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Bronner Group as a Learning Services Executive and Regional Training Manager, where they designed courses, supervised a training budget, and managed training delivery. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Senior Instructional Designer at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where they developed curriculum and consulted for the sales training department. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they worked at Amplify as a Senior Account Manager and at InRule as a Principal Consultant, Senior Rules Analyst, and ROAD Team Rules Analyst.

Robert Eaman's education history includes graduating from DePaul University in 2006 with a MS in Business and Information Technology, graduating from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1992 with a BS in English, Psychology, and Rhetoric, and attending Adalai E. Stevenson HS from 1985 to 1989.
