Michelle Stangroom

Michelle Stangroom has extensive experience in the field of people and culture. Michelle began their career in 2007 as a teacher at St Nicholas' School. Michelle then moved on to Pensions First in 2010, where they worked as a Marketing Assistant. In 2012, they joined Conversocial, A Verint Company and held various roles, including Director of Global Operations and HR, Director Of Operations and UK HR, Operations Manager (and UK HR Manager) and Executive Assistant. In 2022, they began their current role as Director, People and Culture at Inrupt.

Michelle Stangroom attended Wellington College from 2001 to 2003. Michelle then went on to the University of the West of England, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English between 2004 and 2007.
