Roberto S.K. Breitman has held a variety of roles in the technology and research sectors. In 2022, they began their current role as Go to Market Strategy and Operations Executive at Inrupt. In 2021, they were a Research Intern at the European University Institute's Center for Media Pluralism and Media Freedom. In 2019, they were a Teaching Assistant for Computation Theory (comp170) at Tufts University, as well as an Intern at NIC.br. In 2018, they were a First Year Advisor and Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Computer Science (comp11) at Tufts University. In 2017, they were an Intern at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas' Direito Rio: Center for Technology and Society (Centro de Technologia e sociedade).

Roberto S.K. Breitman received their Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Computer Science from Tufts University in 2020, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Transnational Governance with a focus on Digital Governance at the European University Institute.
