Shelley Herring

Shelley Herring, MSHRM, CIS-HR, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 14 years. Shelley'smost recent position was as a Principal at INRY, a role they started in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Solution Strategist at the same company from July 2022 to June 2023. Shelley also served as a ServiceNow Delivery Executive at IBM from January 2022 to April 2022.

Before their time at INRY and IBM, Shelley held various roles in different organizations. Shelley worked at Mercer Digital as a Project Manager from September 2019 to January 2022. As the Vice President of Human Resources at Stadium, they contributed to the company's HR initiatives from December 2017 to April 2019. Shelley Herring, MSHRM, CIS-HR, obtained a BA in Psychology from Northern Illinois University in 2002. In 2010, they completed their Master's degree in Human Resources (MSHRM) from Roosevelt University. Along with their education, Shelley has also obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the SHRM-CP in 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) in 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) from ServiceNow and as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the College of Executive Coaching, both obtained in 2019. Shelley is also pursuing a Workday PM Certification.
