Kim Richardson

Kim Richardson has extensive work experience in various roles. Kim currently works at INSA as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IBM for over 20 years. Kim Richardson attended Fox Lane High School from 1989 to 1993, where they received a Regents Honors degree. After graduating high school, Kim attended New York University from 1993 to 1994, studying general subjects as part of their college education. They then transferred to the University of Arizona and pursued a degree in Psychology from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Kim Richardson obtained two certifications related to Human Resources in a Cognitive Era from IBM. They received the certification for "Human Resources in a Cognitive Era - Essentials" in January 2018 and the certification for "Human Resources in a Cognitive Era - Solutions" in August 2019.
