John Guptill

John Guptill is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Director of Managed and Professional Services at Insane Cyber since January 2025. Previously, John held roles at Dragos, Inc. from July 2019 to January 2025, including Advisory Reverse Engineer and Principal Reverse Engineer. Additionally, John served as a Cyber Warfare Officer in the US Air Force Reserve from July 2019 to December 2021 and held multiple positions in the United States Air Force from May 2009 to June 2019, ranging from Cyber Warfare Operations Officer to Software Engineer. John holds a Master of Science in Cyberspace Operations from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Portland, complemented by an Advanced Course in Engineering Cyberspace Security from Syracuse University.
