Oleh Lyfar is a Talent Acquisition Researcher at INSART since November 2022, focusing on developing and executing effective search techniques to attract quality candidates for various positions. Prior experience includes working as a Researcher for an American fintech product development company from June 2022 to October 2022, where Oleh conducted worldwide recruitment research for multiple technical roles, including Senior Java Engineer and QA Automation Engineer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in jurisprudence from Berdyansk University of Management and Business (2015-2020) and attendance at College Mariupol (2008-2009) and School №36 Mariupol (2002-2008), among other schooling.
