Olga Sorochynska

Olga Sorochynska is an experienced talent acquisition professional, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at INSCALE since December 2022. In this role, Olga develops and implements strategic recruitment initiatives, manages the full recruitment cycle, and serves as the primary liaison for clients. Prior to INSCALE, Olga worked at Bosch Portugal as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where responsibilities included supporting employer branding initiatives and engaging in networking events. Additionally, Olga held the position of International Corporate Talent Manager at PRIME GROUP, managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process and collaborating with hiring managers. Earlier in their career, Olga was a Technical Recruiter at PTC Group, focusing on recruitment strategy and execution. Olga holds an engineering degree in Logistics from the Maritime University of Szczecin.
