Andrew Jones

Andrew Jones is a seasoned Executive and Team Coach with extensive experience in leadership development, career coaching, and organizational psychology. Currently serving at Accadence since January 2012, Andrew has become a certified facilitator for various assessments, including Hogan Assessments, MBTI, and EQ-i 2.0, among others. Andrew's portfolio includes roles at IE Business School, Affinity Space, and Manchester Worldwide, where responsibilities span coaching executive MBA programs and leading workshops on various topics. Additionally, Andrew is an Adjunct Faculty member at SP Jain School of Global Management, teaching core courses in leadership and personal effectiveness, while also contributing as a coach at INSEAD and Singapore Management University. Andrew's educational background features a Master's in Clinical Organizational Psychology from INSEAD and further studies at premier institutions including the University of Cambridge and the University of Michigan.
