Anne-Claire Thevenin-Meneux

Anne-Claire Thevenin-Meneux is currently the Global HR Director Talent at INSEAD since June 2023. Previously, Anne-Claire held various principal roles at Lincoln from September 2019 to June 2023, focusing on executive search, leadership advisory, and talent development in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. Prior to Lincoln, Anne-Claire managed HR in a charitable organization at Mayaa Nepal from September 2018 to August 2019 and spent two decades at Unilever, holding multiple HR leadership positions, including Talent & Organization Director for North Asia. Anne-Claire's educational background includes executive coaching and organizational development from TRANSFORMANCE PRO and a degree from ESCEM Business School.
