Chwee Foon Lim

Chwee Foon Lim serves as a Board Member at INSEAD since February 2022, participating in the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee and the Campaign Board. As CEO for Asia Pacific at Ekso Bionics from 2017, Chwee Foon Lim has extensive experience in leading P&L growth and operational management in the healthcare sector. Prior roles include Head of Asia Pacific, Healthcare at The Linde Group from 2001 to 2017, where Chwee Foon Lim was instrumental in establishing the China Healthcare business, and Global Business Manager at Syngenta, focusing on business development and M&A. Chwee Foon Lim’s earlier career includes positions at ExxonMobil, Exxon Chemical, and Arthur Anderson, with a strong background in operations management, market entry strategies, and financial advisory. Chwee Foon Lim holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
