Prof. Asoc. Edvin Selmani M.D.

Prof. Asoc. Edvin Selmani MD, MSc, PhD, currently serves as Editor In Chief for the Albanian Journal of Trauma and Emergency Medicine and is an Editorial Board Member for the American Research Journal Orthopedic and Traumatology. Since 2008, Edvin Selmani has held positions at the University of Tirana, Faculty of Medicine, as both a Lecturer and Associate Faculty, teaching medical students and residents. Additionally, Edvin Selmani is the Treasurer for the Albanian Association of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology and acts as Liaison Editor for the European Orthopaedic and Traumatology Journal. As a Branch Manager at the Albanian Health Fund, responsibilities include training medical students and young doctors, along with operating a Medical Library. Since 2005, Edvin Selmani has practiced as an Orthopaedic & Trauma Surgeon at the University Hospital Center "Mother Theresa" in Tirana, while also holding advanced educational qualifications, including a PhD in Medicine and certification as an ATLS Instructor.
