Elena Cernea

Elena Cernea currently serves as a Board Advisor for OBSESSION, focusing on innovation and strategy for moonshot projects since March 2024. In addition, Elena fulfills the role of Learning Coach at INSEAD, specializing in strategy, innovation, digital marketing, and diversity and inclusion within the Executive Education sector since October 2019. Elena's extensive experience includes positions as Senior Advisor at NOVA, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Partnerships at IRTIC until May 2023, General Manager at Selenium SAS, and Co-Founder of CERTIS Therapeutics. Previous roles also encompass project management in life sciences at IMS Health and consulting positions at EY and Ineum Consulting.
