Lakshmi Narasimha Moorthy K is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of nicheBrains since October 2021, where the focus is on fostering a vibrant, project-based work environment by connecting SMEs with top-tier freelance experts. With extensive experience in education and coaching, Lakshmi has been a Lecturer and CxO Coach at INSEAD since January 2017, guiding senior industry leaders in digital transformation strategies. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes Co-Founder and CEO of nicheBees Technosolutions, and leadership roles in sales and business development at coServeSolutions B.V., coMakeIT, Infor, and Thermax Limited.
